We
at Sandwalk are so confident in Jogger Clinic’s ability to improve the
efficiency and the capacity of any clinic, we have decided to take on the
risk and the cost of installing the system for any clinic.
When
a clinic is interested in Jogger Clinic, Sandwalk will send a Client
Operations Specialist (COS) to inspect and analyze the clinic’s physical
layout and workflow patterns. The COS will produce an implementation
plan for the physician to review.
Upon
the physician’s approval of the plan the COS will configure and install
the Jogger Clinic software on the clinic’s computers, as well as acquire
and install the optional overhead displays. The COS will stay with
the clinic during the first few days of turning on the system, in order to
train the staff and fine turn the system for the clinic’s specific
circumstances.
The
physician can use Jogger Clinic for FREE during the first month of
operation. At the end of this trial period, the COS will analyze the
Jogger Effect and Jogger Profit, and give the physician a detailed
comparison of the clinic’s operational efficiencies before and after
using Jogger Clinic.
At
this time, the physician can decide whether to keep Jogger Clinic.
If the physician sees no value in the system, Sandwalk will remove the
software and hardware at no cost to the physician.
If
the physician wants to use Jogger Clinic for any length of time, we will
then draw up and execute a licensing agreement, using a per-visit fee that
is roughly set at about 10% of the proven Jogger Profit for the clinic.
Sandwalk
will bill the clinic every month this licensing fee, which is calculated
from actual patient visits. If at any time the clinic stops using
the system, Sandwalk will no longer send the clinic a bill since no visits
would be recorded.
For
as long as a clinic uses Jogger Clinic, Sandwalk will provide basic
software support and all software version upgrades FREE of charge.
